Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Sweet Seer (Lyvme LTD, "we", "us") governing your use of the Sweet Seer app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Entertainment only — no professional advice

Sweet Seer provides automatically generated fortune-telling, horoscopes, tarot, astrology and similar content for entertainment and self-reflection only. It is not professional advice of any kind — medical, psychological, legal, financial or otherwise — and must not be relied upon for any decision. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters. You are solely responsible for any action you take based on content from the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Tokens (virtual currency)

The Service uses "tokens", a virtual in-app currency, to access certain features. Tokens have no monetary value, are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable except where required by law or app-store policy. We may change token prices, costs and reward amounts, and may expire unused tokens, where permitted by law.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Premium subscriptions and token purchases are billed through the app store you use. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and your account is charged for each renewal period through your store account. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your app-store settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Refunds are handled according to the policy of the app store.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: breaking the law; infringing others' rights; uploading photos of others without consent; attempting to reverse-engineer, overload, scrape or disrupt the Service; or using it to generate unlawful, harmful or abusive content.

7. Your content & photos

You retain your rights in the inputs you provide. You grant us a limited license to process them to deliver the Service. Photos you submit for visual readings are stored together with that reading so you can revisit it, and are deleted when you delete the reading or your account (see the Privacy Policy). You confirm you have the right to submit anything you provide.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, artwork and brand, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Automatically generated content

Content is generated by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. It is fictional and for entertainment. We do not guarantee any outcome, and content does not represent real events, predictions or facts.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that content will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your reliance on the Service or its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including your statutory consumer rights).

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version and change the "last updated" date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
